It's a problem, isn't it, Doc?
Glad to see Dr. Hugh here too. I should think steel would be a relaxing way to end the day for health care professionals.

I myself enjoy something I'm not professional at. I'd settle for proficient, but in the end, who cares, as long as I'm having fun?

Dave, Mine's supposed to arrive today.
Good thing you got a good trade for the Maverick. We're almost in bizness now.

Skip down to second item:
"6-String standard guitar players (as well as both bass and keyboard players) , are you interested in playing the pedal steel guitar? Then check out our new video, The Pedal Steel Guitar, E9 Nashville Tuning Demystified for Standard Guitarists"

A good twenty minute video on the basics.
Real good.

I got my Starter today. Been playing. I love it. I'm stoked.

I thought you'd appreciate that video, Dave.

Hey guys, anybody listening in? You got to see this demonstration, Steel Guitar for Guitar Players (At least they didn't call it "Pedal Steel for Dummies....")
There are also guidelines and photos for set up and adjustment at http://www.steelguitarinfo.com/map40.html

I've been setting up my Starter, and I find it to be a real deal. I think it's kind of underrated.
Course, a car is a car, and then there's a Jaguar or Ferrarri.
There are better steels, I'm sure, but they'd be wasted on me.
I love this Carter!

Dig it, Doc.

I've been wanting to ask you about the sister book, which apparently covers more instruments. I'd be interested if you could give it a brief description. I did a web search earlier and haven't found it.
