Please join me in welcoming Randy Beavers to the family of Jagwire Strings Endorsers.

As many of you know, Randy is "the man" in Nashville that many of the pros look to when they have steel guitar related questions, and he is indeed a man with a wealth of knowledge in practically everything regarding steel guitar.

We are very proud to have Randy with us.

Now that's some clever packaging!

I hope he is being careful and doesn't "take a divot."

I'm honored to be on-board with the Jagwire team. This is a product that I believe in. I've been using these strings for about 2 years now, and the first set I tried made a believer out of me.

Intonation problems I had been fighting with were gone with these strings. Danny can give you all the why's, but for me and the style I try to play on E9th, these strings have made a big difference. The chords that are possible with the E9th tuning with it's close intervals, demand that the strings note true all the way up the neck.

Again, thanks to Danny and everyone at Jagwire for making a great product specifically for us.

Oh Mark,

That gives a new meaning to the term "Pick it clean!"

These are the pictures from my CD "A Few Of My Favorite Things." I figured these strings are now some of my "Favorite Things."

Wound 6th...I'll have to see you in St. Louis and try that out. Been using Jagwire's myself, but the Jimmy Crawford series. Fine strings indeed. And Danny is is a great guy to deal with.

Roger. There are actually quite a few of the artists that prefer the .022 wound on the sixth string. A few that come to mind are, Lloyd Green, Ricky Davis, and JayDee Maness. You can look at what all the artists are using here: http://www.jagwirestrings.biz/catalog/c2_p1.html

You can also substitute the .020 plain in Jimmie Crawford's sets with a .022W if you want. Just let the order person know when you call.

We are indeed very proud to have Randy with us. He is a man with a huge wealth of knowledge, and a great asset to the entire community of steel players.

By all means, be sure to visit with Randy in St. Louis this year, he's one of the greatest personalities you'll ever have the honor and pleasure of talking with.
