Gene, give him time, he's got the wrong shorts and shirt on. I think he's just spoofin' us. It's probably a battery powered megaphone that squeaks.

Gene, click on the link for the steel at the top of the first page, then you'll see the link to the "SmiRob TurboAmp" at the top of that page.

Thanks Jim...

I have reviewed the ad for the amp and it looks like cutting-edge technology, just the thing for an "advanced" player like me!

The only problem that I see with the amp is the weight. I've been around for awhile (even played twice for the famous pie-supper events at Lake-Creek), and my old back isn't what it used to be....

Do you have any plans in the works for a lighter weight model with a smaller cabinet and a 2" speaker?

Smiley:

Does it come in a 7-string model? If not, how 'bout a one-string with seven pedals?

I heard there is already a counterfeit out there called a ShoBum.

Ric,(& all)
BEWARE of cheap imitations,e.g.(Sho~Bum,Sho~Bad, Emmonds,Deeckley,Drabby,Carver,JCI,Frinklyn, etc, etc. The list goes on & on.

BTW,anybody that can't find the window for the "SmiRob Turbo Amp" now, needs to get their eyes checked. It's got "flashing lights" above & below it.
(how far can we go with this nonsense??)

This is truly a great invention for the serious plunckers.Imagine an amp you can put in your back pocket (but you could get more female attention if you put it in your front pocket). My only questions are is it Stereo? Are they made in the USA or Yugoslavia? And what is the guaranty? And how long before delivery? Heck you can almost ship them in an envelope.Do you accept personal checks from the Polish National Credit union? Anyway send me one and I promise you "the check is in the mail".Trust me. PS when I cut my new album will you use it on the session.Truly seeing I'm on Pileish records With the new steel added if I have a hit it will be a Pileish Hit" And people wonder where country music is going.

Smiley,

I'm the next in line for an Anapeg after a three and a half year wait ... what have I been wasting my time for? ... why didn,t you leak some information on your product before I paid the deposit?

Regretful

Seems like I heard somewhere about "going somewhere in a handbasket."
