I've seen Newman's.But who else has a decent right hand technique, i.e., position, correct finger picking, palm and pick blocking and maybe how to gain speed. Thanks for any help.------------------

Joe Wright. I use flesh blocking and pick blocking alternatively. I could not have done this without using Joe's appraoch. No matter how you block though, his systematic approach will help. ------------------ Steels and Guitars. Emmons PP, Nationals, Dan-O's, ES 340, Tube Amps only! Joe Wright's "Secrets of the Wright Hand".There are other styles, that are valuable and I use, but Joe's tape is a great learning experience, if your're willing to do the work.. |

I agree that Joe's right hand video is a valuable asset. This video introduced me to using 4 picks. Absolutely worth having. |

Tommy White has a good video out. He has got a fast right hand and he plays so clean. It's on his E9th tape.------------------ D 10 Thomas with 8&6, '61'D-10 Sho-Bud 8&4 S12 Knight 4&4 Nashville 400 and Profex II 81' Fender Twin JBL's Asleep at the Steel |
