Does anyone have the tab for "Blues Man" ? I have the CD by Alan Jackson. I am sure it is an old song because this whole CD is a remake of older songs. Sorry if this question has been asked before. I think I heard that the Steel player is Paul Franklin? This is one of the best CD's I've heard with Steel in it.
Thanks, Jack

It believe it is Paul Franklin. Agreed, this is a cool CD. The neat part is that the steel parts are faithful to the original, e.g. "Kiss an Angel Good Morning", but Paul definitely puts his signature on there.

What part of Blues Man are you interested in? There's a ton of steel throughout.

Jack, Blues Man by Alan is a cover. Hank Jr. did it on the "Habits Old And New Album". It's close to the original but Hank didn't have the long ride on the end.

Thanks for the reply Craig & Bill. I really like the run on instrumental at the end after all the vocal. There is probably a lot of mix of lead guitar there too but any of the tab would be nice to have and maybe I could piece it together or expand? Don't like to date myself but I grew up on Charlie Pride and some of these old greats. Thanks again, Jack
