I would like the tab for the signature lick on Charlie Pride's Kiss an Angel Good Morning. It follows those words in the song. Sounds like it's played on the 4,6 and 10 strings using pedals A and B? Paul played it on Alan Jackson's cut. Thanks. Jerry M. |

I fixed it.
At the risk of thread hijack, didja ever notice how faithful PF was to the originals on that AJ record? Pretty cool...[This message was edited by Bill Terry on 24 February 2005 at 01:09 PM.] |

Bill: Your tab is correct and works well. Thanks. The song is in the key of G so the fill is actually played on the 10th fret and then moves back to the C chord before resolving again in G with another cool fill. Jerry. |

Bill,I just bought that CD this week and you're right about Paul... very nice covers. My band is doing "Pop a Top" and I'll bet we'll end up with a couple more.[This message was edited by Steve Hitsman on 25 February 2005 at 11:03 AM.] |

Horst, quote: IMHO the third chord is played with strings 4,5 and 9 !
That would explain why I didn't hear the a pedal! Sounds good.
