My friend Terry Pilant is selling his Sho-Bud LDG. He is not on the forum so he asked me to post it.
The guitar started life as a D-10 owned By Lloyd Green. Duane Marrs converted the guitar to an LDG model. Pics are posted below. Please contact Terry about the guitar directly. I will make sure a donation is made to the forum upon sale.
Terry is a good friend and someone is going to wind up with a cool piece of history.
Price $3295
Terry's contact info is as follows.

Thnaks,
Justin

Justin tell that Terry up in Waco to break down and spend $5.00 of that money he is hoarding and join the forum. He might learn a trick or two.

Thanks for your recent post.

Does anyone know what guitar this is---where it fits in the performance/recording history of Mr. Green?

Jon,
Just talked to Terry and he said Duane Marrs is more versed on the history. I believe Mr. Green and Duane talk to each other often and with Lloyd's excellent memory I'll bet he knows exactly what he used the guitar on. Terry also said he thinks the guitar is about a 1975 model. I will post more info after talking to Duane or Jeff.

Thanks, Justin. I'd love to learn any info about it. My heart kinda skips a beat (yeah, yeah, wrong artist, wrong steeler) when it comes to stuff like Lloyd Green guitars.

You are welcome. I would buy this guitar in a minute if I hadnt just bought an Emmons P/P. I will try to get ahold of Mr. Green or Duane in the morning.

Is this the guitar Lloyd used on the Cool Steel Man LP? It was of course a D-10 at that time.
