His approach allowed me to utilize my previous music theory knowledge and simply apply it to the fretboard in a logical manner. But due to the fact that I play a universal, I had to transpose everything, change the string count, and figure out equivalence of the pedals on my guitar to his tab. So I decided to transpose the parts I have been using to the standard Newman Universal copedant. With the exception of the scale patterns, it is simply a translation of Bengt's "c6 quick-start guide" thread. The original thread includes much more tab that I have not translated, and the elements were organized in a different manner. I have taken the liberty to present the material in a different order based on my personal preference. (Again, and just to be clear: this is not MY tab, just my translation of Bengt's tab for a universal set up. If anyone spots any errors let me know!)
