OK, I managed to download about half a minute of something called "Where The Green Grass Grows", and I listened to it, and it sucks.

Now I have downloaded almost all of the song, and it all sucks.

Jesse, I have never met you, but I think you may be onto something here.

I got the whole song, and it sucks all the way thru.

Now I started to download another song, called "Don't Take The Girl" and so far, it sucks.

Will this stuff damage my hard disk?

"Don't Take The Girl" sucks even worse than the other one.
Is this what they call "new country"? Maybe all you old dinosaurs are right. This stuff sucks.
Didn't the Supreme Court rule that it has to have some redeeming social value?

That's right Earnest, Evrybody who puts out records has a good song here and there and the rest are filler alot of the time any more. Since we only need 48 songs for a bar gig, I'm not too concerned that out of 2 CD's by Tim, I only like and play 1 song out of each CD. Those 2 songs are fun songs and go over great. Your question about "Is this what new country is?" duh! It all sounds country to me, but I ain't above busking on the street either.

Well, I want to give the guy a fair chance before I judge him harshly. Please, somebody, steer me toward his stronger material.

Earnest,
Possibly one of the greatest musical achievments by Tim McGraw would be a tune called "Indian Outlaw". That one really speaks for a whole generation.

Earnest,
You're just a Big, Bad Bully!
. . . and you have to listen to Indian Outlaw all the way through - then decide if my son's WHOLE 4th grade class could have been THAT FAR OFF BASE!!!!!

I didn't know it was physically possible, but I think he sucks and blows at the same time. I am of the opinion that he's a mediocre singer singing mediocre material.

10 years from now, when gay techno country, is taking over, and the No.1 song is "He Stopped Loving Him Today," you all will think Tim McGraw was the 'Bomb."
