Well, I go on vacation for a week and all kinds of stuff goes on! First and foremost, please keep Woody and Rachel Ledford in your prayers as Woody recouperates from open heart surgery and Rachel prepares for cancer surgery. These are the nicest people you could ever hope to know, and we ask for God's healing hand to be on both of them.

Larry Sasser has confirmed as our special guest. It's always a treat to have Wimpy. I bet he'll be playing that new black guitar he just got!

Moby from the syndicated morning radio show "Moby in the Morning" will be with us as well. Moby is a big steel guitar fan, and I think we can twist him arm enough that he might just sing a few songs for us. YEAH, BABY!!!

Brett, don't sweat the golf thing! We love to have you for the music and fellowship. A lot of people from the Hollonville Opry House have said they were sure looking forward to having you back. Just take it easy on Tommy!

And what can you say about Ernie? The man is a human dynamo! I hope I can be like him when I grow up!

Looking forward to another great day. See you all there!

JW...the main show is Sunday, June 12th. Several of us, including Kentucky boy Rob Parker, will be going to the Hollonville Opry Saturday night to do a set similar to what will be done on Sunday. Some of the regular patrons of the Opry heard Rob sing at the last Jam and invited him to come back for a Saturday night show, so we're obliging them! If you're in the area, come on down! You can contact me at rogerc360@aol.com or by land line at 678-432-1965. We'd love to have you!
Thanks,
Roger

I see Jack and Phonex is on the show, what a groupe this is, they played 21/2 hours at Mt Zion Music hall took request and Ray sang every request off the top of his head and never missed a beat.
And Don Lynch he is a thrill to watch pickin and a grinnin, Doc Strum so smooth, as silk.
Roger don't wish to fast time will do it's thing and you just have to cope with it the best you can.

See you al Sunday, or is it you'ns.

I wish I could be there with everone this weekend. Lucky for Jim Hartley I'm not. I wouldn't be just asking for strokes, but complete holes! That's only fair if I swing with one arm, right?

Well, the golf is in the books. Missed you Randy! Hartley still thinks you just couldn't get your game together!!! Not really, just raggin' ya. Rob Parker, Jim Hartley, Tommy Dodd and myself are on the way down to the Hollonville Opry House to give them a little taste of what steel guitar is all about. If you're in the neighborhood, stop on in! If Not....SEE YOU SUNDAY!!!

You should have played today, I think you could have beaten me one handed. It was ugly. There will be some serious work done right away. You missed your chance.

See ya soon,

Well while you guys were wasting time chasing that little ole ball, I put on new strings and tuned up and played thru that old Silvertone (about 50 yre old) and thinking sbout using it tomorrow, it is hard to believe how good it sounds, the bottom is unreal for a 8" Jenson speaker not yet broke in, and the top, only using about #2 on treble. Playing thru both channels.
Nan and the girls went to the spirit of Sueannee to
Sun Country Jamboree, home about 12, leaving in the morning about 4:00, I had better stay awake and watch.
See you tomorrow You'ns.
