Nic,

Is there a way to edit the tab sheets...and type in the tab? I can't figure it out, if there is. I have printed them off, but editing directly onto the blank sheets would be super.

Can you help me?

Thanks,

bUd

Bump it again.

And no you can't edit PDF files. That's why they are so popular...the recipient can't change them.

Bud,
I'm not sure how to do this. If you don't mind you can email Peter den Hartogh. His postings are somewhere in this thread.

I have a whole world of stuff i can tab out to all of you musicians if i learn to tab this stuff. I play my steel everyday and ahve played for years and would be willing to exchange licks with people I would appreciate any help on this.

Charles,
It souds like your computer's encoding/decoding needs to be set to Western ISO. I am just guessing, but will ask my friend Peter to look into this problem of yours. Maybe he can suggest something.

Charles, the TAB sheets are in PDF format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and print these blank sheets to handwrite your TAB on. This program is available for free from the Adobe site.

If you want to TAB songs and post them on the Forum, you need to follow these instructions : http://steelguitarforum.com/tab.html
Good Luck!

E-mail me if you are in a hurry, and tell me which one you are looking for.

Whoever came up with supplying blank tab sheets, had a VERY brilliant idea. Keep up the good work! What a blessing you are to the steel community.
