I agree with Terry Wood and he put it so precise.
The word says that anything two people agree on will occur.
I agree. Good health Hal.

Hal, you are a great friend to all of us in and out of the Steel Guitar World. You have many friends who know how to pray and I know that they will be in earnest prayer concerning your situation. Personally, I know that God can intervene on your behalf and do great and mighty things. God Heals in many ways including Doctors and Medicine, so accept whichever way God want to minister to you and place everything in God's hands.
Here in our home and among our friends, we will lift you up and call your name often and believe that our Master is in charge of our lives. We love and appreciate you because your are a great inspiration and friend to all of us. PLEASE KNOW THAT NOT ONLY WE CARE, GOD CARES. GOD BLESS.
Your Friends, Wayne and Perceline

I hope that the knowledge that you've got so many friends and supporters all over the world helps you through this difficult period.

And I expect to see you 100% cured at the next steel guitar show.

Sad news, but not insurmountable.
Keep a positive attitude, that has proved to be very benificial with this.

Hal It was a pleasure to finally hear you play at Scotty's show and I look forward to you beating this and keepin on pick.

Best of luck, and may the lord smile on you

John, Thanks for updating our information.
Hal, we think of you and Joan quite often and now we have added you to our prayer list as well. You are a special friend, not only to us, but to all who aquainted with your great contribution to the Steel Guitar Industry. God answers our prayers in many ways. Sometimes He brings us healing by His Mighty Power and other times He brings it through the hands of the Physicians. Many have expressed their concern for you and I am certain that God has already heard those petitions. Please know that your friends care for you, but GOD ALSO REALLY CARES AND UNDERSTANDS. Please get well soon. We need you. God Bless. Your Friends, Wayne and Perceline

Hal: This looks a whose who of steel guitar and no one deserves it more than you !! I got this diagnosis a couple years ago and I remember getting angry because I have never smoked but all those years in smoke filled bars scared me pretty badly. I fumed for awhile thinking, they smoke and I get lung cancer. It didn't seem fair but I lucked out. On further checks they said it was just a blood vessel that had taken an unusual turn. I told myself, I'll never take that chance again. You have my prayers and thoughts until you overcome this.

Warmest Regards, Paul
