Thanks Rick for the details. I tried several companies materials before I found one that fit the bill.

There are several folk that seem to be interested in making the bars at the moment.

They will go nuts with all the different sizes that PSG pickers will want. Question of tooling for each size, or brute force grinding from the largest blank.

I don't remember JP bringing it up.
