I don't know what's the big deal. Those guys look just like those who I grew up with! What's wrong with the way they look?

Put a clean shirt on the guy on the right and he'd fit in perfectly with some of the bands touring through here.

be careful 'cause i know those dudes and that woman. A band hired him to fill in for their tele player for a night. That woman took a shine to the singer. When he turned her down, they all three beat the hell out of the whole band, and stoled their playing money!!!!! his real name is bubba, no wait ..sorry that's her name!!!

Cousin Ernie wanted to play steel pedal with the Duck Pluckers. He picked up an old Fender steel pedal. But he couldn’t figure out which cables hook onto which strings so he gave up. Now he’s taking up drums. He just wants to go on the road to meet some girls.

...did not know Nicolas Cage and Tommy Lee Jones ever played for the Duck Pluckers.

Could that colored pix be today's Robert Redford?

Them Duck Pluckers
How about them Duck Pluckers, Ain't they a shmucks?
Pluckin' them fearthers off 'o them ducks.
Pluckin' them Mallards, pluckin' them Coots,
Pluckin' they duck hairs out by the roots!
Look at them Duck Pluckers, Ain't they theifs?
Some use tweezers, Some use a teeth.
Them feather pluckin' Duck Pluckers, hidin' in the sticks,
Buggin' they plucky ducks, getttin' they kicks.
How to be a Duck Plucker? No way to duck it;
Rustle up a duck or two, boy just pluck it!

Speaking of goofy guitar players... don’t forget "The Shaggs", an all-girl band from Fremont, New Hampshire. This group is considered the worst rock and roll band in the world (or the "best worst" by the New York Times), and this designation has made the band's one and only album a collector's item. Recorded in 1968.

After a few months of guitar lessons Dad forced the girls to record an album. There were only 100 albums pressed. NRBQ later found a copy in a Boston radio station and had their label re-release it... thanks guys!

Yes, out of tune, out of time, awful songs, awful lyrics sung with a lisp. It's like a Saturday Night Live parody of a bad band.

Man I really hate to admitt it, but with ears like those Duck Pluckers have they must be related to my family!!

My Dad always said us boys looked like a Volks Wagon with both doors open!!

The girls were lucky they had long hair to hide thiers,,,Hmmmm come to think of it back then us boys did too!!
Larry

edited to add, don't know where those dumb looks came from, must have been from the other side of the family!!
